This is an absolutely lovely pair of antique German porcelain game bird plates. The plates feature scalloped edges with a delicate, embossed design along the rim. The border is wrapped in beautiful rose garland. The central designs feature a coordinating pair of pheasant or quail.
The plates are marked C.T. Germany (Carl Tielsch) with a green eagle. My research dates the mark to pre 1900's.
Excellent antique condition. No chips, cracks or discoloration. There are a few light surface scratches. Please see all photos and video.

This pair would be beautifully displayed on the wall, in a cabinet or on a wall sconce.
