This is a lovely little antique teapot from the 19th century made by Middletown Plate Co, Middletown, Connecticut.
The teapot is full of rustic charm with age related patina and tarnish throughout. The engraved design features a beautiful bird and flowering branch. The design differs slightly on each side.
This is a beautiful old piece to display or repurpose.
8.25" wide (tip of spout to edge of handle), 4.5" tall.
